We have started to make our own popsicles at home. Yes, you can't take it with you when you travel far... (or can you? please let us know if you have an idea on how..)
But it is the best thing to eat at home or at the porch on a hot summer day!
Our recipe is vegan and easy and tasty (and with no sugar!)
For about 6 units you will need:
4-5 ready to eat bananas (peeled and sliced)
1 to 1 1/2 cup of Oat milk
1 tablespoon almond butter
2 teaspoons 100% cacao powder
1 tablespoon coconut oil
mix it using a hand blender
pour it to popsicle molds!
wait for it to freeze overnight,
ENJOY it on a hot and sunny day!
